Your crisis plan gives information about what you would like to happen should a crisis occur. Herbert Reid Home will tell you the person to contact within our agency when you are in crisis. Examples of what might be in a crisis plan include friends or relatives to be called, contact numbers, preferred medicines, care of children and pets and bills to paid.
